. Returns and Refunds
 

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 443-416-6831 or email us at utopianexpression@gmail.com for return instructions.
 

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
 

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 

For exchanges, please follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
